The Common Room is an invitation-only mentoring programme made up of eleven monthly sessions across a year for senior charity, social-enterprise and business leaders who are ready to refine their leadership, strengthen their organisational culture, and amplify their long-term impact.

COMMON ROOM
Across 11 monthly in-person sessions (with August as a summer break), The Common Room gives you the opportunity to be part of a diverse community of leaders at Oasis St Martin’s Village in Tulse Hill, London — a unique environment where learning, reflection, and encouragement come together.
Duration: September 2026 – July 2027 (11 monthly sessions)
Location: Oasis St Martin’s Village, Tulse Hill, London
Schedule: Monthly, 4:00–8:30 pm (dates available in 'FAQ' section)
Investment: Non-Profit Leader: £90/month Corporate Leader: £180/month
- 2 hrs of focused teaching and Q&A with Steve Chalke
- 1 hr shared meal and networking in our village restaurant
- 1 hr 15 min of guided group discussion
- 15 min of personal reflection and goal-setting
All sessions are recorded and made available on demand after each session, allowing you to catch up or revisit key insights whenever you need.
